Marlanea has been heavily involved in the real estate industry since the early 1980's being a resident of Queens for many years.

Marlanea brings an extensive history of sales and management experience to Keller Williams Realty Landmark. Professionalism and expertise with a keen awareness of someone's particular real estate needs are among the many reasons Marlanea's clients are repeat clients.

She possesses a strong knowledge of the residential market in both sales and rentals.

Marlanea has always been active in her community and has continually supported many charities including St. Mel Parish, St. Mel Rosary Altar Society, The Eastern Lieutenancy of the Holy Sepulchre, From Here to Haiti and The Boy Scouts of America.

Marlanea has a BS in Finance from St. John's University and resides in Queens with her family.

In her spare time she enjoys horseback riding, painting, crocheting and golf.
